At Skin Shiv, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete the personal data we have collected through our website or through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), you can submit a deletion request.
What Happens When You Submit a Deletion Request
- We will permanently delete the personal data associated with your account or your interactions with our store.
- This includes any data collected via Meta pixel, Facebook/Instagram ads, or other Meta integrations.
- Once deleted, this data cannot be restored.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data:
- Fill out our [Data Deletion Request Form], or
- Send an email to skinshiv@outlook.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”
- Include any relevant information to help us locate your data (such as your email address, order number, or Facebook/Instagram account used).
Processing Time
- We will review and process your request within 30 days.
- You will receive confirmation once your personal data has been permanently deleted.
Additional Notes
- Data required for legal or tax obligations may not be fully deletable.
- This process only deletes data collected by us. If your data is stored by Meta, you may also need to manage your privacy settings directly on Facebook or Instagram.
